An effective solution to fall protection
The kit comes with four straps complete with twisted double action safety hooks, and spare parts and replacement straps are readily available. Posts are not included with the kit, however engineering specifications are available by contacting SpanSet.

Intermediate Posts
- Post can be solid or hollow
- Top of posts require to withstand a minimum lateral/sideways force of 50kg
- Webbing passing points are not mandatory. Optional, as long as webbing passes on inside of post
- Secure bottom of post with safety chain
- Post bottom end to be determined by type of deck pocket
REAR POSTS
- Posts are free standing and required to withstand a minimum of 250kg of force from the ratchet assembly
- End post is required to take all force from WebRail ratchet assemblies. NOTE: Access safety chain is for safe access and egress only and shall not take any load from WebRail system
- Eye bolt/fitting are a fixture of end post and to accomodate WebRail snap hook. The snap hook gate opening is 21mm
- Secure bottom of post with safety chain
- Post bottom end to be determined by type of deck pocket
HEAD BOARD
- Eye bolt/fitting and force requirements as per rear post details above
WEBBING
- Webbing elongation < 1% @ 500kg
