The WINPRO 8 FLEX 300 II VLWP – KLHGWP – PWP 3500 Connex is a fully adjusted, commercially available pewag chain sling from the Winner Pro lifting product range, designed for demanding lifting applications.
Components include: Master link, Connex connecting links, shortening hooks, G12 chain, end hooks (clevis safety hooks), and a WLL tag.
Severe Condition Load Factors:
Even premium quality products will lose some of their working load limit when exposed to high temperatures, asymmetrical loading, edge loading, shocks or other severe conditions. Always refer to the operating manuals and apply the correct load factor for your application.
Temperature ratings range from not permitted below -60°C, through to a load factor of 1 between -40°C and 200°C, reducing to 0.6 between 200°C and 300°C, and not permitted above 300°C. Edge loading load factors range from 1 where R is larger than 2x d, to 0.7 where R is larger than d, down to 0.5 where R is equal to or smaller than d. Shock loading is rated at 1 for light shocks, 0.7 for moderate shocks, and not permitted for strong shocks.
